依家一禮拜游6日水,

練下體能,

上次套拳比賽第一,

好开心!

中国在奧运成績不錯,

最可惜係程菲失手,

不过已付出很多汗水,

琴日,我咬柴囉,

人生第一次,

好痛,喊埋添呀!

楊sir幫我舒援,我震唒,

整舊骨腫咗(似乒乓球),恐佈!

下星期日,要比賽呀,即是要係1星期內好返!

sigh......

不过佢地都好關心我,

Today, 溫sir is back,

I really feel surprised,

but I swam really bad cause I am tired

我唔知跟跟佢定係曾sir,

luckily , 佢今日教另外一team,

I hope I can have more energy tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!

I teach XXX the first piano lesson,

teaching is really hard things,

but it is a good experience,

I will add oil!!! 

Today I will go to Yin A's workshop,

I 'm a bit afraid because I think the people really play fantastic piano,

my skills may not as good as them,

but I'll try my best!

PS. I have passed my grade 8 piano exam with MERIT!

that day I hug my mum and cry lor,

I was really excited!

20-7 is my Taikuendau competition ,

I am just lossing my weight......really hard!
